Great budget hotel in a secure area next to downtown as well as Oceanside at about 1 o'clock in the morning on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Brand-new rooms with 2 double beds.

Its location was particularly good, very close to major stores and other attaractions, and the ocean, Legoland, shops and restaurants. The staff we met was extremely friendly.

This place is our go-to budget-friendly hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel's location was great, surprisingly close to the ocean with local stores within walking distance. The venue was just a short walk away from Mission Avenue.

Location was central-easy to find everything. We also checked in at 1am.. Front desk clerk checked us in and was very courteous.

We had 2 connecting rooms--however.. One of our rooms did not get cleaned on the 2nd night as well as our last night.. Due to the fact we were tired and ready for bed--we just asked for new towels.

The beds were comfortable

When we arrived, they gave us a room in which the toilet was not working and it was a bit dilapidated, but we asked for it and they changed our room.

The staff here is super friendly, always ready to lend a hand, and the location is great with easy access to downtown and the beach plus nearby shops in a desired spot.

Bathroom, bedding and pool were very clean. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very close to local airport. Mattress was firm. Would only recommend to hardy sound sleepers needing a place to crash.

Older property and showing its age. Wall paint was chipped. Bed was about 3 ft from the hall, with little or no soundproofing. Light shown in around door at night. TV placed uncomfortably far from bed. Would have liked to have more security on door and sliding window. My clothes picked up odor of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room, though my lungs were okay.

The beds were too small

The staff is nice and cordial. It offers excellent service. It has a favorable and marvelous setting close to the train station. This hotel is near a convenience store, restaurants, gas stations, Oceanside Pier and beach, and downtown.

Television was small and the picture was not clear. Also no list of available channels

Staff was friendly

It was really noisy. The walls are paper thin. Everytime someone flushed the toilet and turned on the shower it sounded as if they were going to cave in. Lost a lot of sleep which I was in desperate need of.
